Hawaiian Sunset vine

Thought I share with you some pictures of another tropical plant in my yard

Hawaiian Sunset vine (Stictocardia beraviensis),
a very fast growing vine for sun or shade, has huge leaves and flowers the color of a beautiful sunset.
Hardy to freezing temperatures, ok for container gardening, roots easy from cuttings, blooms on and off throughout the year.

OH that is beautiful!! Do you have seeds? Or can cuttings be started? I would love some of this but dont know if it would make it here in zone 5 unless I could bring it in the house in the winter.

Oh gone_tropical, sooo pretty. I've never heard of this plant before. Put me on your list please, for a cutting, or seeds or whatever. I have to have one! LOL

thanks, glad you like the pictures

it does root easy I was told, I will have cuttings available for trade in a few weeks, but I guess I should wait a while longer so it won't be too cold where they are to arrive?

(missg, Diane, jdkline, zuzu, flowerdazed -put your names on my list)
