How long does it take these to grow til they flower? And when they start out do they sorta look like a pepper plant except leaves a bit fuzzy? I think I have a few growing about 8 in. so far do they get bushy and real tall? Help me out somebody please!

What kind are they? Some get pretty tall and leggy and some are shorter and bushier. The white ones I have get about 3 ft tall but the yellow ones only got about 1 foot. If they are in pots they don't tend to get as big here.
