Questionfuzzy things


Does anyone no what the hanging plant that gets orange or red fuzzy type caterpillar lookin things on is called? I never saw them around for sale this year was wandering if I can get seeds for this? I no its an annual. Help

I have the seed for them here and I am going to grow them on during the winter in the new greenhouse along with a bunch of other plants.Right now it is too hot for plants to germinate .Waiting for some cooler weather.
