Most fruit trees are propagated commercially by grafting branches from a parent plant onto appropriate rootstock. In most cases, fruit trees do not grow 'true' from seed - ie. the fruit produced by a child tree grown from seed will likely not be the same as the fruit from the parent.

That said, I found these tips for you:

Apple - http://www.wikihow.com/Grow-an-Apple-Tree-from-a-Seed

Peach - http://cahe.nmsu.edu/ces/yard/1998/091498.html

SmileThanks plantswap

If I ever have time I will check those site out. I know my grandfather always just planted his own seed, as far as peaches and he had luck with them. I don't want to start another tree myself, but thought if I could save a few seeds and trade it would be nice. I don't wanna send duds to someone though either. I have planted lemon seeds already and I know I never expected to see a lemon, but thats me, I like to try to grow stuff whatever it may be. But you are probably correct, and if someone is hoping to get fruit, I'm not the one to help. But if they dont mind trying, I think I will save a few peach pits, for the heck of it. Thanks.
