couple kinds of yellow cherry tomatoes for trade

hi there!

i just went out & picked a bunch of tomatoes from the garden, so i have some pear shaped heirloom tomatoes & some larger grape-shaped cherry tomatoes that are yellow. i'm not sure what they are exactly, but they are very yummy & produce quite a bit of tomatoes! we like to make different kinds of salsa out of them & we also eat them in salads. they have thick, juicy flesh & even though it's the middle of october, they're still producing fruits here in zone 7

i'm interested in trading those seeds for some other heirloom or edible vegetable/fruit seeds, or other stuff. just make an offer!

this is what they look like:

(that's an image from burpee, but that's what the pear shaped ones look like)

the other ones i can't find a picture of, sorry!

oh, it'll be next week before i can ship them, because i have to let them dry out & i will be gone friday, saturday & sunday (i have to cat-sit for a friend)

I'm so jealous. I wish the growing season for tomatoes lasted longer down here. Texas summers are brutal on tomatoes.

I love homegrown tomatoes!

oh they can get pretty hot here, too! i had several plants burn up.. not literally catch fire, but they would dry out, no matter how much i watered 'em.. :/ but the ones in the big bed didn't have much of a problem. just the ones in the buckets.

UPDATE:

apparently someone has thrown my seeds out... i had them laid out on the counter top, drying out this past week (and they were there!!!) today i was getting ready to package them up & send them out & i noticed that they weren't on the counter, so i started looking everywhere for them & i just can't find them anywhere.. i even bought a bunch of new envelopes & little plastic baggies & labels & stuff to put them in. :/

i'm so bummed. lol it was the first time i ever collected any seeds & i was all proud of myself & stuff.. i guess today is just not my day. i would be mad, but it's just too ironic. lol you know what they say, when it rains it pours. :/

i will just have to buy some yellow pear tomato seeds & send them to anyone that i owe seeds to, which i think is just beth & uni.

i apologize to you guys for this. i really did have tomato seeds- a bunch of them. :/ i picked off a bunch of fruits from 6 or 7 plants & fermented them for 3 days, then let them dry for a week & now they're gone. lol *sigh*

this is embarrassing. :/ i'm so sorry.
