This a white Bat Plant/Tacca integrifolia, there are a couple of different verieties. Growing this plant from seeds is incredibly difficult and can take years unless you have seeds fresh from the plant. ebay is overpriced on seeds and plants.
Park Seeds sells the Maroon Bat Plant/Tacca chantrieri rhizomes for under $5 and they currently have a 2 for 1 special.

Thanks for the info, Just bought one and got one free.
A could of days ago I bought the white from a seed co.
but that's ok. If I can get it to grow, one day I will have
the black and white

Unni I can`t give you any seeds or plants from the cats whiskers, but did you look at the ones I got from my Mom when she grew them? Look in the photo gallery.

I can trade you some purple daturaa seeds for some cat wiskers.
