yea, they are really cool and I live in central florida, so I can naturalize them in my trees. I have manybe 7 kinds now, even pineapples. one o the trees in my yard already has them climbing the tree, so that is what gave me the idea. I went and bought me 3 new kinds today at the store.

Someone said here in central florida, the hummingbirds loved the bromeliads and said he had hundreds at one time feeding from his orchid/bromeliad tree. Well I want to make all my trees a safe haven for the little hummers. and give them a food source.

easy to get pups off....wait till the pups are 1/3 the size of the momma and then just simply cut it off. I would like to trade when they are ready!

Gone tropical...wow, what a tree! I'm impressed! yep, that is what I want all my trees to look like, I have started putting them into my trees, and one day I will have many trees like this one. and I will lay out in my hammock under the trees and watch the hummers fly over my head, then I will be in paradise! I'm a true believer that if you plant it they will come!

bali, that is sure a pretty bromeliad. Yes, I would like 1 when ready, I have all the time in the world to wait for that pretty baby.
