I bought this coconut double coconut seed for my mother, about 40 lbs., Locoicea maldivica and gave it my mother for a peice of art. It looked like a Modiglianni simplified torso and buttocks. It just started to sprout before she died. My brother kept it sinc he liveds in hawaii.

While on my recent trout fishing trip, I did see a acorn that was about the size of a baseball. Hairy looking thing, but a squirrel beat me to it!

Figured he needed it more then I did so I didn't chase him up the tree for it...his lucky day!

not sure of name

It was a bean and the pods were like 6 inches long and the biggest bean inside was about an inch and a half. very pretty color to like bright pink to electric blue with purple in the middle.

Wow that butt seed is pretty amazing! Thanks for sharing the link scott.
