OK, I've created a Private trades forum for documenting trades arranged via PM (ie. not offered/asked in the Plant and Seed Exchange forum). Threads in this forum can be used for iTrader, but will not show up on the PS home page recent threads list.

This should help cut down on the clutter.

Bernard, I hope I am doing this right....When I go to the Private Trades and post, it will still post under NEW POSTS...Right? Then you move it back to the Private Trade?? Just making sure...thanks and blessings....

Private Trades is a dedicated sub-forum, so if you wish to make a new thread, or post a reply, which belongs there,
all you have to do is click on Plant and Seed Exchange,
then click on Private Trades (right near the top of the page) and open the sub-forum before you post.
Then your post will automatically be entered in that area, it won't need to be moved.

All posts made in that area will still appear in the "New Posts" list.
