Hi Karen, welcome to the forum.

Cacti are interesting plants. So hardy and easy to grow.

Hi Karen, Welcome to the forum. I love succulents and cacti also. Next to bromeliads, they are the next most number of plants in my plant collection here in Austin, TX. I love Agaves, Yuccas, and related plants a lot. You can see the plants I am growing at www.southeasttexasgardening.info/plantlist.htm

Living in Central Texas, where soils tend to be very alkaline and dry, these plants (succulents and cacti) work well for landscaping and also for use in our xeriphytic gardens.

Looking forward to your future posts on PlantSwap.net.

Hi, I'm also new to this site, and I also grow cacti and lots of other succulent plants. My favorites are Adromischus. I live in the suburbs of Milwaukee and I was hoping to find people in my area to swap plants with, but it looks like there aren't any other Wisconsinites here yet! Anyway it is nice to find this forum and I hope to learn a lot here!

Joanie

Hi Joanie, welcome to the forum.

No worries, we seem to be getting an influx of new members just about every day now. I'm sure it won't be long before you find a neighbor here.
