Whimsical Gardens


Take a look at this "Bottle Tree" at the Antique Rose Emporium in Brenham, TX. It's really unique.

Then it must be "Cactus glassiensis" - Sorry, couldn't resist that since I am known for using bottle-anical names!

I like it. I keep thinking if I ever get a bunch of blue bottles I would like to make one. maybe i should look for small bottles as i would have more room for a little tree. soprok

Thanks for the picture. When I was young, I read a story set on the Natchez Trace that talked about the bottle tree the family had in front of their cottage/shack. Now I've seen one.
