i had a couple catfish in there but after a few years they grew to several feet long and were eating the pretty fish so they had to go.
I understand your disappointment. I planted tulips and daffodils in my old backyard only to have each one dug up and eaten by my dog. Luckily, he was ok, only a little tummy troubles... When you are ready to invest in them again, you might try one or a few of these suggestions. I have tried the grid wire, it works very well. The plants just grow right through it but the animals do not like the way if feels when they start to dig.
