Mini Succulent Dish Garden

I love miniature plants and many succulents and cacti lend themselves well to this type of mini-garden in a dish. This dish is only 16" diameter.
I often will change the plants in it just for variety, but love it's compactness, portability, versitility and charm

That is delightful looking. I`m not into succys alot, but I do think they are a very interesting plant. Hmmmm maybe I`ll try them this summer if I can get some help from you?

Is there any soil in the dish under the pebbles?

Of course there is, a 50/50 mixture of potting soil and sand. The stone topping is for decor only - kinda like cactus mulch :-)
