Fairy gardens and terrariums

I made this simple 'Gnome Home' with my grandson (he thinks that sounds more manly than 'fairy garden'), letting him pick out plants and decorations he liked -

I've also been gathering plants and supplies to try to make my first enclosed terrariums. My mom had one in a huge water bottle jug back in the 70's and I've always wanted to try it. I was wondering if anyone had terrariums (open or closed) or fairy gardens that they could share pictures of with us. I'm always inspired to see what others come up with and am hoping to get some ideas for my own projects.

Oh Sherie, what a fun and imaginative miniature garden - I can see how happy your resident gnomes are, and no wonder why!!

This little fellow has made himself at home in a rock pile, behind one of our Live Oak trees,
but I don't think that he is nearly the gardener that your gnomes are !
His two little potted plants are not at all as impressive as those colorful beauties that your gnomes are tending.
