What plant is this?

So I bought this plant a little under a year ago. I thought it was adorable, and it reminded me of when you cut of the top of a succulent and new, tiny heads grow on them. However, this plant doesn't have the typical thick (blobby) leaves. These are thin..

So I was hoping if anyone could name it, since I'd love to learn more about it!
It has been rather easy to treat so far, I've only watered it once a week, and it has survived x)

(Also, the leaves were green with burgundy tips before, but I put it in a windowsill where it got direct sunlight, so the "flowers" have darkened)

I have one of those. I think the name is aenomia, that probably isn't spelled.right. Water it more I. The summer time than once a week. Mine gets watered everyday when I'm watering everything else. It will form like a canopy of a tree and I looks awesome when it does.

It's an Aeonium. Lovely things - I personally don't give them enough light to keep them happy (voluntarily) - but they are pretty.

The trunk isn't as thick I do t think, pinkham. My phone won't let me post my pics here for some reason.
