| I am not sure, but around here a vine-kinda-plant that blooms in yellow and in early spring is Kerria.

| I'm having trouble seeing details on the flowers in that pic. So going by the leaves only, it isn't a butterfly vine is it? Other than that I keep thinking Carolina Jessamine because of you location

| I think 'Lady Banks Rose' might be what it is. A friend on facebook was wanting to know what this is, she lives in the same state as me. |
