that is snake plant , another name for it is mother in laws plant , and sansevierias .

More detailed ID


The Sanseveria is one of these varieties depending on the size it gets & of the width of the gold edge: Laurentii, Dwarf Laurentii or Futura Superba. Google these names & read about them. It's one I had to send in our trade & mine grows about 24" +.
